Theory of Change for CIPRA network – Alpine Community Economies Laboratory

With Bianca’s co-presidency of CIPRA International also comes the chance (and challenge) to dive into the Theory of Change methodology.
Since January 2022, Bianca is involved in trainings, workshops and intense working sessions to co-define how CIPRA, the international commission for the protection of the Alps, wants to achieve the changes it wants to see.

This involves working with an exciting and disciplinary diverse team of people from CIPRAs from all across the alpine arch. The work is hard and at times slow but the learning is amazing and helps in forging strong social bonds between environmental activists across different alpine countries.
