Abitare Bene Comune: towards housing as commons in Italy

This publication gives an account of one year of collective research into how to take houses of the market in order to co-manage them as commons in perpetuity. We dedicated time to learning about the German model of the Mietshäuser Syndikat and are now launching into the creation of an Italian version of the German Mietshäuser Syndikat.

In this publication (in Italian), we share our findings, layout how the German “housing as commons” model works and layout the plan for how to proceed in bringing the model to Italy.
